9 and 10 months

  Time really has been flying by!  JR and I are so blessed by both sweet little boys.  Here are a few things Caden has been up to over the past couple of months.

- We are so lucky to have Lindsay Trapper watching him at our house everyday while we are at work

- Caden gets to play with his cousin Elijah and bestfriend Aiden everyday

- He is crawling all over the place and pulling up

- Caden still naps 2 times a day for about an hour to an hour and a half

- He uses objects to help him "walk" around
- He LOVES to eat but is starting to show little interest in bottles
- New foods include:
       -- Pizza, cheese, yogurt,bread, whole milk, turkey, chicken, bitter biscuits, goldfish...
- Grayson and Caden love to take baths together
- He has 6... yes I said 6 teeth!  4 up top and 2 on the bottom
-Caden has really discovered his hands through waving hi and bye and clapping
- He laughs at funny things now not just from us tickling him
- He loves to dance
- He is learning how to tell Grayson NO by yelling.
- These past months we have watched his little personality come out... at times he can get so mad/frustrated.  

Caden is becoming such a little man and we can not even express the joy he has brought into our home.  Grayson is such a proud great big brother!  JR and I are truly blessed!!

Halloween- Little Monkey

Family Pictures

 We had our family pictures taken at White Oak Park in Dallas a couple of weeks ago.  A friend of ours from high school's wife took them for us.  Her name is Amanda Lovelace and she is so talented.  Here are a few pictures.

Caden's eyes are piercing blue and Grayson looks so grown up!!  We had a lot fun and the pictures turned out great!

Fall Festival and Halloween

  We had a blast at our church's Fall Festival Saturday October 30th.  Our small group had to games for the kids to play: frisbee golf and knock the cans.  It was so much to hand out candy and help the kids play the games.  Grayson got plenty of candy and enjoyed playing, bouncing and eating :) 

  Halloween was spent with family and friends.  We went trick-or-treating around our house.  The Estabrook, Gresham, West and Thornton Families all joined us!  The boys had fun walking... I mean running around collecting candy!  Grayson was Darth Vader and Caden was a monkey. 

Apple Picking in Elijay

    Fall is one of our favorite times of year.  We have had so much fun with family and friends.  To start off we went Apple Picking in Eliay with our friends Ben, Candice, Allison and Kent and their sweet kids Aiden and Reagan.  We had a great time picking and eating apples!  Grayson along with JR and Ben enjoyed shooting apples through the apple canon.  Lastly, we visited the petting zoo at the farm where Grayson let a rabbitt loose!
